Chairperson of Board of Directors

Sibylle Thierer managed the family business from 2003 until the end of 2022. In 2023, she handed overall responsibility over to Gregor Riekena. As Chairperson of the Board of Directors, she remains responsible for control and steering of the Häfele Group.

Michael Distl is the latest member of the management team, having joined Häfele in February 2020. He is responsible for the Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Facility Management departments and IT.
